Answers to One of Life's Persistent Questions

We've all been there. Out of the blue, someone asks "So what is it like to be a Lutheran?" While some of us are good on this, with the pat answers about "jello in the liturgical colors of the season", or "like Catholics, but with less Latin and fewer sacraments", the rest of us sometimes need a little help. We might offer a few examples of notable Lutherans such as, errr..., well I thought I knew one or two.
